Join us August 1–2, 2025, for a two-day, hands-on Wilderness First Aid Course with WyoMed. This is not a death-by-PowerPoint class—you’ll learn by doing, with engaging scenarios and real-world skills practiced entirely outdoors, on the trail. Designed for outdoor pros, hunters and adventurers, the course includes light hiking (no more than 1 mile per day) and covers MARCH assessment, CPR, bleeding control, splinting, environmental emergencies, prolonged patient care, communication, and evacuation techniques. Training runs 9 AM to 5 PM both days. Bring a day pack with outdoor essentials, a packable chair or stool, and your course textbook (TBD). Optional group campout Friday night includes a relaxed skills review and discussion around the campfire. Participants will earn a Wilderness First Aid Certificate of Completion from WyoMed.
