MEET ISAAC

Hi, I’m Isaac—the founder of WyoMed, a practicing paramedic, EMS instructor, and small-business owner.

My work in rural and emergency medicine has shown me how quickly distance, limited resources, and delayed access to care can turn a manageable emergency into a serious one. In Wyoming, professional help may be minutes—or much longer—away. The actions taken before an ambulance arrives can make a real difference.

That belief is the foundation of WyoMed: the first response does not start with a siren. It starts with the person who recognizes the emergency and chooses to act.

WyoMed provides practical, experience-driven education for individuals, businesses, and emergency responders. My focus is on preparing people for the emergencies they are most likely to face, especially in rural, remote, and high-risk environments.

From workplace first aid and emergency-response training to wilderness medicine and advanced EMS education, every program is built to be practical, memorable, and immediately useful. I am especially passionate about advancing education in wilderness medicine, obstetric emergencies, pediatric care, and the unique challenges faced by rural EMS providers.

WyoMed is not built around checking a box or memorizing a slideshow. It is about developing calm, capable people who can recognize what is happening, make good decisions, and provide meaningful care when help is not immediately available.

About WyoMed

WyoMed is a Wyoming-based medical education company focused on preparing people to respond with confidence when professional help may be delayed, distant, or limited.

We provide practical, experience-driven training for businesses, emergency responders, outdoor professionals, community organizations, and individuals. Our programs are designed around the realities of rural, remote, and high-risk environments—where the person already on scene may be the most important link in the chain of survival.

Our educational offerings include workplace first aid and emergency-response training, CPR, bloodborne pathogens, wilderness medicine, and continuing education for EMS professionals. We also develop specialized programs in areas such as obstetric emergencies, pediatric care, and rural emergency medicine.

WyoMed training is built to go beyond memorization and minimum requirements. We emphasize sound decision-making, realistic scenarios, hands-on practice, and skills that remain useful after the class is over. Whether we are teaching employees how to respond to a workplace emergency or helping experienced EMS providers strengthen their clinical confidence, the goal is the same: prepare people to recognize problems early, act decisively, and provide meaningful care.

While WyoMed also offers select medical supplies and emergency equipment, education remains at the heart of what we do. Equipment is only useful when the person carrying it understands when, why, and how to use it.

At WyoMed, we believe the first response does not begin when an ambulance arrives. It begins with the person who is already there.

First to Recognize. First to Act. First to Save a Life.
