This 5-hour in-person course is designed for non-medical individuals who want to be ready to respond in a crisis. Perfect for parents, teachers, coaches, childcare providers, and concerned citizens, this course blends CPR, AED, and basic first aid into one accessible, hands-on training session.
You’ll learn how to:
Perform high-quality CPR on adults, children, and infants
Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Respond to choking emergencies
Provide first aid for injuries, burns, allergic reactions, and more
Administer Naloxone (Narcan) and Epinephrine auto-injectors
Control bleeding and apply tourniquets
Course Details:
Taught by certified instructors using AHA-approved curriculum
Includes lecture, hands-on skills practice, and scenario-based training

Certification:
2-year AHA Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED certification card issued upon successful completion
